Our feed comes from our pastures, where the cows roam freely and eat grass that has never been sprayed with any chemicals or fertilizers. Our pastures are all natural! During times of the year when the grass is low or lacking in nutrients, the cattle eat hay that has been farmed from our fields, grass screenings, and occasionally apples and pears from our varieties of fruit trees.

 

Our animals are slaughtered on our property. After, they are taken to the butcher. At the butcher, they are hung for over 14 days and then customized to the customer’s preferences. We also provide fat, bones, heart, and liver at no extra cost with the purchase of a share.
